Jeera Masala Wings Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 wings
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 lemon juiced
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • water as needed
  • non stick cooking spray



    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, grape seed oil, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. except the wings. Carefully use water to thin out the mix as needed. The marinade should be thick but not so that it lumps together.
    2. Add the chicken wings and evenly coat the wings. Set in the refrigerator for 2 hours up to over night.
    3. Preheat air fryer to 400F. Spray the air fry basket with the non stick cooking spray. 
    4. Evenly lay the wings in the basket and give them a light spray before putting in the oven.
    5. Cook for 15 minutes and enjoy with your favourite cilantro-mint chutney.
