Operations & Finance Associate

Meatme is on the hunt for an ambitious Operations & Finance Associate to join our team. In this
role you will collaborate cross-functionally on business modelling, fundraising activities and
financial analyses. You have to love processes, making things better, faster, more efficient and
at the same time have an open mind to test and try out new strategies. You are analytical, have
a strong sense of delayed gratification and like the freedom to choose where you work
(home/café/etc.) on times that you're most effective.

In this role you will:
- Take ownership over the operational and financial arm of our business
- Collaborate with our leadership team for growth activities, strategic planning and fundraising
- Collaborate with our bookkeeper to develop, report and run financial forecasts
- Oversee our supply chain and be responsible for implementing process improvements and optimizing inventory levels
- Manage our portfolio of products, its distribution and perform day to day operational tasks
The candidate we're looking for:
- Has hands-on financial/logistical/operational experience
- Has a growth mindset and is keen to learn
- Is an effective and creative problem solver, critical thinker and has a strategic thought process.
- Is a team player and very proactive (you don't need detailed directions)
- Is highly process driven and skilled in developing forecasts and projections
- has shown serious interested in healthy & sustainable food
- Bonus: experience with inventory management
