The Top Round Roast, also known as the “Yankee pot roast,” is a braised beef dish, made of tender, succulent meat and a rich liquid that lends itself to gravy. Made by browning a roast-sized piece of beef, then by slow-cooking in or over liquid in a covered dish.
You get a Top Round Roast of approx. 1600 grams (3.5 lb)
