The Skirt steak is a thin, long cut of beef from the diaphragm muscle of the cow. It is lean and contains lots of tough fibers, giving an even more intense beefy flavor than flank steak.
You get one whole Skirt steak, approx. 500-600 grams of this Heifer (1.2 lb).
