Juicy and flavorful when cooked slowly, the Cross Rib Roast is a cut from the chuck section or shoulder portion. It's a very good roast for braising or slow cooking. This share gives you a big Cross Roast, two packs of diced stew and four packs of our premium Ground Beef.
This Cross Rib Roast share gives you approx. 3500 grams (7.7 lb) of grass-fed/grass-finished beef:
